Dear Patients, 

We are happy to say that we are officially reopening our office for elective treatment and hygiene appointments. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm as well as some select Fridays 8 am – 2 pm. Please give us a call to reschedule your missed cleaning appointments.

•Upon arrival to the office, patients are asked to call the office first to let us know you have arrived. We want to keep the amount of people in the patient waiting area to a minimum. We will either let you know to come in or we will send someone out to get you from your car 

•Patients are being sent COVID questionnaires the day prior to appointment either as a text to your cell phone or email. Any patients showing symptoms of illness will be asked to reschedule their appointment 

•Temperature of each patient will be checked. Any patients with a fever above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be asked to reschedule their appointment 

•Only the patient with an appointment will be permitted to enter the office.

•Upon entering the office, patients are asked to go wash their hands and use hand sanitizer. We also ask that you wear a mask until it is time to sit in the treatment room 

•All rooms are completely sterilized before each patient is seated. Public areas in the office as well as restrooms will be cleaned and sterilized frequently throughout the day 

•All operatory rooms have HEMA air filters that are capable of removing particles smaller than COVID-19 virus 

•Our team is following CDC, OSHA and ADA guidelines in regard to personal protective equipment 

•Clear panels have been placed in the front desk area to protect against sneeze droplets from either side.
